Product ID: 01 Spray Dryer The Spray Drying Plant Spray Dryer converts liquid feed into a uniform powder in a continuous operation. Spray Drying start with atomization of liquid into spray of fine droplets as it is fed into drying chamber. The fine droplets sprayed into the chamber become suspended in heated gas stream. Then droplets are evaporated and dried to spherical powder. Dried powder is separated from the gas stream and connected in the base of the drying chamber of cyclone. Capacity The capacities permit scale-up from laboratory to production units. (7kg-1500kg water evaporation capacity per hour) The Spray Dryers are designed according to the energy requirements, product quality parameters, space requirements and required drying times.
