Product ID: 02 Flash Dryer The Spin Flash drying plant The spin flash dryer is specially developed fox the continuous drying of filter cakes, cohesive or non-cohesive pastes, sludge and waste water. Capacity The inlet and outlet temperatures and air velocities are selected according to the characteristics of the product and the desired rates of density, moisture content etc. Capacity range is 200kg-8000kg evaporation per hour Process Description The feed is conveyed into the feed tank where the agitator breaks up to cake or paste into more uniform consistency and presses it down into screw conveyor. The air heated by air heater and led into the drying chamber. The combined action of the agitator and tangential inlet causes a turbulent whirling air flow in the drying chamber. The suspended fine powder passes through the chamber top into bag filter. The powder is discharged continuity through the powder rotary valve and drying air through the supply fan.
