We design machine and control panel for separate, which adding caster. The caster is easy to move, adjust and install. Running Lab. Spray Drying needs:
1. Connect exhaust duct with flexible pipe to make dry air released to the atmospheres.
2. Connect necessary electricity with control station and fan.
3. Connect with compressed air.
Small moveable spray drying is design for processing small products. According to experience it shows that the information from small-scale spray drying is helpful to large-scale drying process. Small-scale spray drying is easy to operate and control. From the process of experimental drying we can get powder. And we can watch the process of drying from the window of drying chamber. When drying is accomplished, it's easy to clean soon inside on the drying chamber as air-activated cleaning cover rising and dropping. The part connecting spray drying with products are made of stainless steel. Products are collected in glass battle. In any time spray drying can maintain the best hygienic condition and be operated continuously for 24 hours.

C. General data:
After delivering small-scale spray drying, it must supply electric power and compressed air and have cleaning water and ground drain system on place site. Spray drying close to outer wall is the best then it can use shortest flexible pipe for exhaust waste gases to atmosphere. Flexible pipe is heat-resistant scale.
